Terms and Conditions for GOFLOORIT - January 2024

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the sale of flooring products and services by GOFLOORIT to you, the customer. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. By purchasing any products or services from GOFLOORIT, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed in-store or by phone following the acceptance of our written or verbal quotation.
All orders placed by phone will be confirmed by a follow up email.
Payment for orders must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing with a stage payment plan prior to any Supply or Fitting can commence. We accept all majors credit and debit cards including American Express. We also accept bank transfers via BACS.
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm the final price at the time of your order.

3. Fitting Fees

Fitting charges are additional to the price of the flooring and may vary depending on the location and type of flooring. However, GOFLOORIT can include within the service quotation should you like to pay us for turn-key solution.
Fitting charges are provided based on what has been scoped at the time of the flooring measure & assessment appointment. Any unforeseen occurrences such as subfloor changes (cement to floating wood or mezzanine) are subject to change. GOFLOORIT will make the client aware in all cases prior to additional costs being incurred. If the client chooses not to accept the additional charges, this will impact on the ability to complete the installation to the highest possible standards..
You are responsible for ensuring that the Supply and Fitting area is clear and accessible.
We will not be liable for any delays or damage caused by your failure to provide appropriate access. Nor will we be liable for any damages incurred throughout the fitting process. Our fitting teams will take utmost care in fitting your perfect new floors, but from time to time, minor damages such as;
- Grazing to painted walls, doors and frames
- Furniture scratches
- Carpet fibres, adhesives, sealants etc..

4. Returns and Refunds

Most unopened and unused boxed flooring products and adhesives can be returned within 5 days of purchase for a full refund.
To return an item, please contact us for authorisation.
Opened or used flooring products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
All returned items must be in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition.
Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Warranties

All flooring products come with a manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period varies depending on the product. Please refer to the product specifications for details.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, or damage caused by negligence or misuse.

6. Disclaimer

We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website and in our store is accurate and up-to-date. However, we cannot guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions.
We are not responsible for any errors or omissions that may appear on our website or in our store.
The images of flooring products on our website and in our store are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact appearance of the products.

We will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or natural disasters.
